We apologise for delay in updating this page, this fault has been very time consuming to resolve as well as trying to find the right contact within O2.
Over the last few weeks we raised the problem with O2 and are please to say the fault has now been cleared on most accounts and those that have been brought to our attention. Please click here for a full report of the fault below.

IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATE 26TH AUGUST 2006
Many U.Genie users seem to be having problems accessing email,
as well as receiving emails to their address, with mail being bounced back.

We are aware of this, and are attempting to contact the persons responsible for the mail servers.
All we can advise is that users try accessing their email accounts periodically to see if the service has been restored.

For users from the old portal www.u.genie.co.uk which still use their email
address for example user.name@u.genie.co.uk and 0845 dial-up access.
